Hi. I’m Jen Edds, the Head Broad in Charge at The Brassy Broadcasting Company. Fueled by curiosity and creativity, I bring a multifaceted approach to producing podcasts and other content designed to establish you as the expert and grow your influence.

I view our work together as a collaboration. I’m your production partner. If you’re looking for a cheap transactional editor to slap an episode together, I’m not for you.

The common thread through my work, speaking, and creative projects is my desire to create connection, do good, and bring maximum joy to every project.

As a business owner, I know from experience that your podcast needs to be strategic, sustainable, and provide a return on your investment.

As a podcaster, I understand the need for simple processes, templates, and systems to create a sustainable show that you can produce consistently. It also needs to be fun!

As a songwriter and keynote speaker, I’m wired to connect with an audience. I make it a practice to continuously develop this skill and apply it to podcasting.

As a woman on a mission to experience life beyond my comfort zone, I get that it can sometimes feel overwhelming and scary to put yourself, your message, and your voice out there. I’m here to be your guide, cheerleader, and sounding board. Let’s do this together.

I started practicing Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu to push myself miles beyond my comfort zone. Five years later, I’m still awkward and uncomfortable but committed to the practice and building the community of women’s Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu through the Beauty and the Gi podcast.
