Hi, I’m Jen Edds, the Head Broad in Charge at The Brassy Broadcasting Company. I believe that every connection we make is a chance to impact someone’s life. Podcasting is the platform that helps you exponentially expand your connections and impact.

My job is to help you strengthen those connections by producing podcast episodes that leave your listeners feeling better than you found them – that could be happier, smarter, or not alone.

Driven by curiosity and creativity, I take a holistic approach to podcast production and content strategy, helping you connect with your audience and position yourself as their trusted guide.

Three key experiences shape my perspective:

• Songwriting and Keynote Performance: I’ve learned how to engage audiences through songs, stories, and writing setlists to set the pace and tone of the show.
• Being a Solo Business Owner: I understand that time is our most valued and limited resource and that every podcasting investment needs to deliver ROI. Simplicity and systems are key to creating a sustainable podcast and YouTube channel.
• Producing My Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Podcast: I started doing Jiu-Jitsu to get out of my comfort zone. Five years later, I’m still awkward and uncomfortable but committed to the practice and building the community of women’s Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu through the Beauty and the Gi podcast. Working on my show sharpens the skills I bring to yours.
